Responsibilities
- - Architect and own multi-step agent workflows end-to-end
- - Integrate AI agents across product, growth, and engineering pipelines
- - Ensure reliability, maintainability, and quality of agentic systems
- - Lead technical decisions on AI tooling and workflow orchestration
- - Mentor junior Agentic Engineers on workflow design

Requirements
- - Proven track record of shipping multi-step AI agent workflows in production
- - Senior-level engineering fundamentals (APIs, databases, integrations)
- - Deep experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Aider, or similar AI coding agents

- - Worldwide remote
