Lead Software Engineer (TypeScript / React / Node / AI)
Technical owner of an autonomous 2-3 person product team at Odin, taking scoped projects from design through release. TypeScript end-to-end — Node/GraphQL backend, React web, React Native mobile, Postgres/Kubernetes/GCP. Integrate deeply with field hardware (badge readers, kiosks, cameras). Use AI to accelerate without outsourcing judgment.
Responsibilities
- - Own an autonomous 2-3 person product team end-to-end from design through release
- - Build across a TypeScript stack: Node/GraphQL backend, React web, React Native mobile
- - Integrate with field hardware: badge readers, kiosks, turnstiles, cameras, drones
- - Mentor engineers and drive operational maturity across the team
- - Use AI tooling to accelerate delivery while maintaining engineering judgment
