Responsibilities
- - Build product end-to-end: Next.js, React/TypeScript, Django/Python, Postgres, Celery/Redis, Docker
- - Ship integrations and workflow automation (APIs, webhooks, background jobs, queues)
- - Own reliability: logs, metrics, retries, failure modes
- - Handle HIPAA-aware security and compliance
- - Talk to customers, users, and salespeople directly
