Forward Deployed Engineer (Remote, India)
LiveKit is explicitly hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer based in India. Work at the intersection of engineering and customer success — deploying and scaling LiveKit's voice AI and WebRTC infrastructure for enterprise clients across India and APAC.
Responsibilities
- - Deploy and scale LiveKit voice AI and WebRTC infrastructure for enterprise clients in India/APAC
- - Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across audio, video, and AI agent pipelines
- - Build custom integrations and solutions for enterprise client requirements
- - Collaborate with LiveKit's product and engineering teams on customer-driven product improvements
- - Own technical relationships with enterprise customers in the India/APAC region

Requirements
- - Strong software engineering background (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go)
- - Experience with WebRTC, real-time audio/video, or AI voice infrastructure a strong plus
- - Customer-facing technical experience (forward deployment, solutions engineering, or DevRel)
- - Based in India
- - Strong English communication skills
