Senior Full-Stack Engineer

This is a confidential, NDA-protected role sourced via Arc — full company details are shared only after signing an NDA. We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 8+ years of production engineering experience to work across our Python/Django/FastAPI backend and React frontend. You'll own features end-to-end, from database design through deployment, working with our full AWS infrastructure, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis/Celery task queues. The team is actively integrating LLMs into the product, so experience with LLM integration is a strong plus. We care deeply about security-conscious engineering practices.

Responsibilities

  • - Own features end-to-end: database design, API development, and deployment
  • - Build and maintain Python/Django/FastAPI backend services
  • - Develop React frontend components and interfaces
  • - Design and maintain PostgreSQL data models
  • - Operate full AWS infrastructure supporting production workloads
  • - Maintain Elasticsearch search and Redis/Celery async processing
  • - Integrate LLM capabilities into the product
  • - Apply security-conscious engineering practices throughout the stack

Requirements

  • - 8+ years of production software engineering experience
