Quill is building a fullstack SDK for embedding customer-facing analytics and data features — dashboards, self-service reporting, and AI-generated reports — directly into other companies' products. Backed by Y Combinator and top-tier Silicon Valley investors, Quill works with fintech, healthtech, and govtech companies that need secure, customizable reporting capabilities built into their own applications rather than bolted on via generic BI tools. As one of the first engineering hires on a small (<5 person), well-funded, prelaunch team, you'll work across the full stack — from the React component library and embeddable UI layer to the backend query/API layer that connects to customer databases and warehouses (Postgres, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, and more). Quill is looking for someone who brings their own technical opinions and product judgment, not just someone who executes tickets — you'll have direct input into architecture and product direction from an early stage.
