Senior / Staff AI Engineer (AI-First Systems)
Mobian is hiring Senior/Staff Engineers for two AI-focused tracks. Track 1 — Core Systems: production APIs, data pipelines, ML deployments, and cloud infrastructure. Track 2 — AI Prototyping: LLMs, browser automation, experiments-to-product. Both tracks operate at the intersection of AI and large-scale content intelligence, with direct impact on how the world's largest advertisers place their budgets.
Responsibilities
- - Core Systems track: build and scale production APIs, data pipelines, ML model deployments, and cloud infrastructure powering Mobian's contextual intelligence platform
- - AI Prototyping track: design and ship LLM-powered systems, browser automation tools, and experimental AI features into product
- - Work directly with engineering and GTM teams to translate complex AI capabilities into business value
- - Evaluate and integrate AI tooling, LLMs, and automation frameworks
- - Maintain high-quality, well-tested production systems at scale
- - Contribute to technical roadmap and architecture decisions

Requirements
- - 5+ years of software engineering experience
- - Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills depending on track
- - Core Systems: experience with data pipelines, ML deployments, and cloud infra (AWS/GCP)
- - AI Prototyping: hands-on LLM integration experience, browser automation, rapid experimentation
- - Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
- - Strong written communication skills
